At Vajra Traya, we view physical training not merely as exercise, but as the conscious architecture of the body. Before the vessel can hold high spiritual vibration, it must be structurally sound, resilient, and under the complete command of the mind.
My approach to Personal Training is rooted in Corrective Conditioning and Neuromuscular Optimization. We do not focus on superficial aesthetics; we focus on the intelligence of how you move.
By emphasizing precise motor control and deep muscle activation, we build a foundation that supports longevity, performance, and the cessation of chronic physical restriction.
Many physical limitations—whether from age, injury, or incomplete training—stem from the brain losing connection with specific muscle groups. My expertise lies in re-establishing that connection.
Through highly specialized techniques, we awaken dormant musculature, correct compensatory patterns, and retrain the nervous system to move the body efficiently and painlessly. This is training that addresses the root cause of movement dysfunction.
We offer two distinct environments for training, depending on your physical baseline and goals.
For those requiring dedicated, focused attention.
This format is essential for senior practitioners, individuals navigating significant mobility restrictions, or those managing the aftermath of complex injuries.
When standard exercise protocols are too aggressive or generalized, this one-on-one environment provides the safety and precision required. We focus on restoring confidence in movement, gently increasing range of motion, and building the specific strength needed for daily living without pain.
Maximum 3 Participants.
Designed for general conditioning, high-performance athletes, or advanced trainees seeking a focused, shared environment.
In these small groups, we leverage the energy of collective effort while maintaining a high degree of technical supervision. The focus shifts to dynamic stability, power generation, and refining high-level motor skills essential for athletic or martial performance.
We provide training, not treatment.
My role is distinct from that of a doctor or physiotherapist. Medical professionals diagnose pathology and treat acute injuries. My expertise begins where their work often concludes.
I specialize in bridging the gap between "medically recovered" and "fully functional." Many clients come to me after exhausting other options because they still experience restriction. We achieve results not by practicing medicine, but by applying rigorous, expert-level strength and conditioning principles to restoring the body's natural function.
We respect the medical field and work complementarily to it, focusing entirely on the optimization of movement through training.
"Mastery of the mind begins with mastery of the body's mechanics."
